This may be one of the easiest, hassle free crepe recipe you’ve ever tried. Everything comes together in a blender for a simple and mess free brunch everyone can enjoy. You can even make the crepes up to a day ahead of time and reheat them in a 200 degree oven to cut back on prep time the morning of!

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour

2 large eggs

4 tsp sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 3/4 cup milk

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.Cover the batter and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Get an oiled or buttered pan hot and pour in 3 tbs of batter, swirling to coat the pan and make a thin crepe.

When the edges start to brown, (about 1.5 -2 minutes) flip and cook 1 more minute. Add in your favorite fillings and enjoy! My favorite way to eat these is with sausage, spinach and cheese together, or with plain yogurt and jam. These are great savory and sweet, and are perfect for any meal of the day!
